Woodford Court is a vibrant, welcoming residential care home made up of two purpose‑built bungalows, each opening onto a shared, accessible garden with patio and lawn areas.
The home offers a safe, stimulating environment for up to 12 people. Individuals enjoy a wide range of community activities – from swimming and college courses to socialising, cooking and exploring local churches, pubs and coffee shops just a short walk away.
Our dedicated team is highly experienced in supporting people with complex needs, including PEG management, moving and handling, and catheter care. We work closely with each person, their family and health and social care professionals to ensure a truly person‑centred approach and to promote engagement within the wider community.
Individuals are supported to develop general life skills including communication and are supported to learn how to live as independently as possible.
