Supported Living
Empower, Enable, Embrace:
Our Commitment to Supported Living
Our supported living locations, combined with tailor-made support packages, give adults and young people the opportunity to live within their community while maintaining independence through personal tenancies.
We take a person-centred approach, working in partnership with each individual, their families, and representatives to create personalised care plans. These plans place choice and control at the forefront, while encouraging independence wherever possible.
Every support package is unique, shaped by a careful assessment of individual needs to ensure the right level of care is always in place.
Our Locations
We provide support and accommodation across England for people with social care needs, learning disabilities, and/or physical disabilities. Our aim is to empower every individual to live as independently as possible, with personalised support that promotes choice, skills development, and control over daily life.
Where we don’t currently have a location in your area, please get in touch — as we are continually expanding and may be coming to a community near you soon.
We support adults with a wide range of social care needs. These include adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Issues and Complex Needs.
“People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives and staff supported them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests; the policies and systems in the service supported this practice. Staff made sure people lived in a safe and clean environment that met their needs. People were supported to make decisions following best practice in decision-making.”
