Supported Living

Empower, Enable, Embrace:

Our Commitment to Supported Living

Our supported living locations, combined with tailor-made support packages, give adults and young people the opportunity to live within their community while maintaining independence through personal tenancies.

We take a person-centred approach, working in partnership with each individual, their families, and representatives to create personalised care plans. These plans place choice and control at the forefront, while encouraging independence wherever possible.

Every support package is unique, shaped by a careful assessment of individual needs to ensure the right level of care is always in place.

Our Locations

We provide support and accommodation across England for people with social care needs, learning disabilities, and/or physical disabilities. Our aim is to empower every individual to live as independently as possible, with personalised support that promotes choice, skills development, and control over daily life.

Where we don’t currently have a location in your area, please get in touch — as we are continually expanding and may be coming to a community near you soon.

We support adults with a wide range of social care needs. These include adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Issues and Complex Needs

“People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives and staff supported them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests; the policies and systems in the service supported this practice. Staff made sure people lived in a safe and clean environment that met their needs. People were supported to make decisions following best practice in decision-making.”

Care Quality Commission

The Care Quality Commission plays a vital role in evaluating and regulating healthcare and social care services in the UK.

Achieving a Good or Outstanding rating across most of our services signifies that as an organisation, we comply with regulations and standards.

This not only assures the quality of care but also enhances the trust and confidence the individuals we support have in our organisation.

Individual we support

"People led inclusive and empowered lives because of the ethos, values, attitudes and behaviours of the team. Staff placed people's wishes, needs and rights at the heart of everything they did.”

CQC

"My son has finally found somewhere he is happy, and is supported to maintain his own tenancy and go to college. My relationship with my son has improved as he can be independent and get support from his staff when he needs it, which means we can spend family time together"

Parent of individual we support

"I just wanted to thank all of the staff that are helping out on a daily basis to ensure that my son has the best living standards, and that he feels at home in his house. It means so much to me that he is being looked after well, and I am very grateful to everyone."
