S.E.L.F Rep Group
The Salutem Employee Listening Forum is a group made up of individuals from across the organisation who help our colleagues have a voice. We aim through the S.E.L.F Rep Group to:
- Promote communication and positive employee participation at all levels at Salutem
- Gain insight into the views of our staff to best support them in their role
- Promote a positive workplace culture through open communication
- Having representatives for colleagues across all regions and divisions
- Prioritise wellbeing by giving a voice to all staff
- Provide a fair and inclusive environment where everyone has a voice and is being listened to, which shapes our culture
- Listen to our staff so that they can influence the decisions of our leaders to ensure they are the right ones

We are proud to celebrate a remarkable achievement for our CEO, John Godden, who has been awarded an honorary degree from Kingston University. This prestigious recognition was presented at the university’s final graduation ceremony in acknowledgment of John’s outstanding contributions to the care and education of people with complex needs.
