The Salutem Employee Listening Forum (S.E.L.F.) is made up of colleagues from across the organisation, ensuring that every voice has the opportunity to be heard. We aim to:
- Promote communication and positive employee participation at every level of Salutem
- Gain insight into colleagues’ views to better support them in their roles
- Foster a positive workplace culture built on transparency and respect
- Ensure representation for colleagues across all regions and divisions.
- Prioritise wellbeing by giving every colleague a voice
- Provide a fair and inclusive environment where feedback is valued and acted upon
- Empower colleagues to influence leadership decisions, helping to ensure they are the right ones
