Meet the Salutem Team
The Executive Team
Bio
Ken, a key player at Salutem since the start, isn’t your typical Chairman—he’s actively involved behind the scenes. With a remarkable 35-year career in banking, Ken brings vast experience from his roles as Chairman or Non-Executive Director of various companies. He’s advised on diverse projects, from TV masts in Brazil to electric generators in Turkey and the biggest mayonnaise factory in West Africa. Outside of work, you’ll find Ken with his three pugs, Fearne, Penny, and Piper, or training for a 10k around his local area.
Bio
Meet John, the heart and soul behind Salutem, a journey that began in 2016 with a dream to create an organisation focused on genuine care. He sought out exceptional yet underappreciated care services and nurtured them to flourish. John’s vision extended to the future of care and specialist education facilities, aiming to foster a culture of excellence in both service delivery and employee development.
