Graduation Scheme
A range of care
At Salutem we are proud to provide a range of care and support in our schools, day centres, and residential homes for children and adults. Just like any family, we want the very best for the individuals we support. Our aim at Salutem Care and Education is to empower people to live a life they choose, regardless of the care and support they need.
We are offering a structured training leadership and management programme that enables you to gain hands-on experience and accelerated career development with exposure to different areas of Salutem and Health and Social Care. The scheme will consist of an 18-month rotational programme in Operations and Support Services. The 18 months allow you to develop a wide range of skills, from project management and communication to problem-solving and decision-making, through working closely with colleagues as well as through the completion of leadership development training offered by our own training Academy, as well as mentoring from senior leaders.
