Hania Tasiemska

We’re excited to share the incredible journey of Hania Tasiemska, our esteemed Group Head of PBS! Hania’s story is a testament to the transformative power of pursuing a career in care, where passion meets purpose, and dedication leads to remarkable growth.

Hania’s career journey began with a dream of becoming a peacekeeper while studying at the University of Exeter. However, life had other plans, guiding her towards the rewarding path of social care—a decision that changed her life forever. Hania’s story is more than just a career journey—it’s an inspiration for anyone considering a role in social care. 

Dylan Beaumont

Meet Dylan, a Teaching Assistant at Cavendish View School, whose inspiring journey showcases resilience and passion. After finishing his GCSEs, Dylan was unsure about his career path. He enrolled in a Level 2 coaching course, learning a lot from his peers and teachers, and worked part-time at Sainsbury’s. His journey took a significant turn when he started coaching pre-school kids in football, where he found his passion for working with children.

Tracey Comerford
