Hania Tasiemska
We’re proud to share the incredible story of Hania, our esteemed Group Head of PBS (Positive Behaviour Support). Her journey is a powerful example of how passion and purpose can transform a career in care.
Hania began her professional path with a dream of becoming a peacekeeper while studying at the University of Exeter. But life had other plans, leading her toward the rewarding world of social care – a decision that changed her life forever.

Dylan Beaumont
Meet Dylan, a dedicated Teaching Assistant at Cavendish View School, whose journey is a true testament to resilience and discovery.
After completing his GCSEs, Dylan wasn’t sure which career path to take. He enrolled in a Level 2 coaching course, learning valuable skills from peers and teachers, while working part-time at Sainsbury’s. His turning point came when he began coaching pre-school children in football – and discovered his passion for working with young people.
Today, Dylan is making a real difference in the lives of children, proving that with determination and heart, you can find your true calling.

Today, Steve is an integral part of our PBS Team as a PBS Advanced Practitioner, helping shape best practices and improve lives every single day.
Nathaniel Collier

Nathaniel was unsure of what he wanted to do, until a chance opportunity introduced him to the world of care. From that moment, he embraced every challenge, working tirelessly to grow and develop. Originally planning to award one annual scholarship, we simply couldn’t bear to leave one twin behind – so we proudly awarded both scholarships to support their educational dreams. These remarkable individuals went on to work toward their degrees while gaining hands-on experience in our Finance Team, blending academic achievement with real-world skills.
Their journey was a powerful reminder that when talent meets opportunity, incredible things happen.
Demi Wellings
