Wellbeing
At Salutem Care and Education, the
well-being and overall health of our staff are paramount.
We recognise the invaluable contributions our employees make, and in appreciation, we’ve made a dedicated effort to support them both inside and outside the workplace. With the understanding that life’s challenges can arise unexpectedly, we provide numerous resources to assist our team members.
One significant offering is our FREE Online 24/7 service, ensuring that help is always just a click away, regardless of the time of day.
Additionally, our Employee Assistance Programmes stand as a testament to our commitment, offering our staff the opportunity to converse with accredited counsellors who can provide expert advice and support. This goes beyond just emotional and psychological well-being, extending to legal and financial assistance as well.
Furthermore, as a token of our gratitude, we have introduced Salutem Extras, an exclusive program that provides our employees with an array of discounts on high street shops, enriching their day-to-day lives.
Every facet of our support system is designed with our staff in mind because at Salutem Care and Education, we believe that a well-supported team is a thriving one.
