How do I apply for a job at Salutem?

Prospective applicants can visit the main website and navigate to the Salutem Careers page, where they can use the careers search tab to find and apply for positions.
Where are your jobs based/what locations do you recruit in?

We have Supported Living, Residential, Educational Services and Children’s Services throughout the country and some in Wales.
Do you accept Sponsorship?

We can only provide sponsorship for candidates currently working with us, usually on a 20-hour contract. They must have been working with us for a minimum of 2 months and must have at least 2/3 months before their visa expires.
What skills do someone need to get into care work?

You will need a combination of skills, i.e., empathy and compassion, flexibility and adaptability, patience and being a team player. Some higher and different roles will require the need of certain qualifications/training.
Is the interview going to be virtual or face-to-face?
