Meade Close delivers 24‑hour support for adults with learning disabilities and sensory impairments. Based in Urmston, Manchester, the service comprises two fully accessible four‑bedroom bungalows, each providing dedicated, round‑the‑clock care within a safe and inclusive environment.
When appropriate, we can offer a pathway to greater independence, which may include assessment for one of our other services. We believe every individual should have the right level of care in an environment that enables them to continue growing.
