Meade Close is a residential care home in Urmston, Manchester, supporting up to nine people with physical and sensory impairments, learning disabilities, communication difficulties, complex health needs and autism.
The service is made up of three bungalows. Two are fully accessible four‑bedroom homes, providing dedicated, round‑the‑clock support within a safe and inclusive environment. The third is a separate bungalow designed for single or joint occupancy, offering a spacious and welcoming setting for individuals who may benefit from a more independent living arrangement while still receiving support.
At Meade Close, every individual has a personalised, person‑centred care plan tailored to their needs. This can include support with personal care, meal preparation, shopping, and access to sports and leisure activities. Individuals are encouraged to take part in activities of their choice and to be active members of their local community, promoting independence and wellbeing.
