For more than two decades, Ann has been a distinguished practitioner in the social care sector. Beginning her career as a paediatric nurse before expanding her skills and proficiency. She is renowned for her ambition to continually enhance her knowledge and expertise.
Whilst completing her nursing training, she availed herself of the chance to broaden her exposures by additionally taking up a bank care assistant. Ann worked as bank in hospitals and care homes in her free time.
As area manager at the disability charity Scope, she further distinguished herself as an empathetic and forward-thinking leader, prior to her transfer to Salutem in 2018.
Her proficiency, abilities, drive and diligence were quickly recognised by the company, leading to her promotion to Regional Director within a year of joining.
Ann’s acuity for precision, her comprehension of the general landscape, and her knack for multitasking, ranking, and empowering others will be essential components as Salutem develops to suit future corporate requirements.
