🚀 About the Salutem Management Graduate Scheme
As one of the first graduate schemes of its kind in the social care sector, our Management Graduate Scheme is designed to develop the next generation of leaders. Over an immersive 18-month journey, participants gain hands-on experience through role rotations across Operations and Support Services, coupled with strategic exposure to the industry. With mentorship from executive leaders and tailored training, this program equips graduates with the expertise to thrive in social care management.
Beyond professional development, the scheme fosters an inclusive and collaborative culture, building strong networks and a deeper understanding of the invaluable impact of social care.

Eight weeks into her journey in the Supported Living division, Bethany Stephens has already made waves. Reflecting on her experience so far, Bethany shares:
