Warwick House Resident awarded ‘Cup of Courage’🏆

Mark, who is supported at Warwick House and has autism and a learning disability, has been honoured with Mencap’s Cup of Courage award, recognising his incredible resilience and determination in overcoming personal challenges.

Despite the loss of his mother and the emotional impact of his father relocating, Mark continued to show unwavering dedication to his own personal growth. He continues to work hard and make meaningful progress towards his own goals. Mark has continuously showed strength and an inspiring ability to change. His positive attitude and dedication to self-improvement make him a shining example of courage for the entire Salutem community.

The chair of Mencap, Dame Carolyn Fairbairn, presented the award to Mark at a special ceremony attended by fellow residents and the entire Warwick House team proudly supporting Mark on this special day.

Mencap is a leading UK charity dedicated to supporting people with a learning disability, along with their families and carers.
