St Peters is a 24-hour residential home for adults, supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health needs. There is wheelchair access throughout the home.
We support people living in St Peters to lead active lives in which their individuality, independence, dignity and respect are maintained. We fully embrace person centred planning, ensuring the person we support is at the centre in the delivery of our high-quality care and support.
“People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives and staff support them in the least restrictive way possible. The policies and systems in the service support this practise. People told us they felt safe at the service and they developed trusting relationships with staff.”
