The home has five bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom. There are two lounges and a spacious kitchen diner. The main garden is behind the house.
The house is within a short walk of the city centre which has a good selection of high street shops, cafés, restaurants, pubs, performance venues and a cinema. Truro has other recreational and leisure facilities which provide various levels of social engagement. There is also an excellent college giving opportunities for educational and vocational learning.
