Located in Widnes, Cheshire, Edward Street provides 24-hour support for adults with complex physical disabilities, autism and learning disabilities. The service comprises two fully accessible three-bedroom bungalows and can support up to six individuals aged 18 and over.
Each person benefits from a tailored, person-centred support plan covering personal care, meal preparation, shopping, health and wellbeing, and access to leisure and community activities that promote independence, choice and active participation.
We can support individuals with PEG feeding requirements, and the team has experience supporting people with cerebral palsy, stroke-related conditions, epilepsy and Huntington’s disease.
