Each person benefits from a tailored, person-centred support plan covering personal care, meal preparation, shopping, health and wellbeing, and access to leisure and community activities that promote independence, choice and active participation.

We can support individuals with PEG feeding requirements, and the team has experience supporting people with cerebral palsy, stroke-related conditions, epilepsy and Huntington’s disease.
