Carrick has a spacious open-plan lounge/diner and a separate kitchen, and three shared bathrooms, one of which is a wet room. At the rear of the property is a light and airy conservatory which is accessed through another lounge. The enclosed garden at the rear of the house is mainly laid to lawn with a vegetable plot, and there is a sensory garden at the side of the house.
