October saw the launch of the Salutem Academy website, a major milestone in our commitment to professional development. The Academy now serves as a hub for career growth, offering apprenticeships, diplomas, and progression opportunities for our teams. This platform underscores our focus on investing in the growth and success of our people.
📈 Revolutionising Recruitment
We also took a big step in modernising how we welcome new team members. The launch of Eploy, our new recruitment system, has made joining the Salutem family more seamless than ever before. It’s all about finding and welcoming the right people to help us achieve even more in 2025.
💬 Growing Our Network
On social media, we’ve celebrated a significant milestone – reaching 3,000 LinkedIn followers! This growing community reflects the passion people have for the work we do. And we’re not stopping here – the journey to 4,000 followers is well underway.
