Sally Jobling
Divisional Director – Supported Living

Sally is the National Lead for Supported Living, with a focus on operational management and service development at Salutem Care and Education. Sally has worked in Social Care since 1999, when she began her career as a Community Support Worker at Mencap, after graduating from Worcester University.
Sally has held a variety of different roles with a number of social care providers, including Dimensions, Shaw Healthcare, Craegmoor, and Priory Group. Sally has gained extensive experience across Housing, Quality, and predominantly Operations, within Domiciliary Care, Homelessness services, Residential Care and Supported Living services for adults with complex care, support and social care needs.
Sally is an engaging and caring leader who promotes employee well-being and career development across her teams, strongly believing that happy and empowered staff are the conduits for enabling people to live their best lives.
A multi-award winner, Sally won the Senior Leader Award at the National Learning Disability Awards in 2015, the LaingBuisson Supported Living Excellence Award in 2016, and again in 2017.
