Rohan manages operational finance for the organisation, with over a decade of experience in management and statutory reporting, modelling, automation and finance systems development in businesses small to large and across geographies. Rohan is a chartered certified accountant and joined Ambito as Financial Controller in 2019, before becoming Group Financial Controller in 2021 to also oversee Pathways Care Group. 

Prior to joining Salutem, he worked in a variety of sectors, including private healthcare (Nuffield Health), investment banking (Moelis), job boards (Trinity Mirror plc), academic publishing (Springer Nature), and mixed-use property management (Rendall & Rittner).
