Staff will enable and empower individuals in all aspects of their life, including decision-making, skill development and self-advocacy.

Every individual we support has a unique support plan. This can include both regular, daily and ‘as required’ activities, such as support with personal care, meal preparation, shopping, access to sports, volunteering, learning, employment and leisure activities. Individuals are encouraged to be involved in making decisions about how the service is run, including arranging activities, decorating the home and days out.

Each environment is purpose built to ensure accessibility, with wheelchair adapted homes, a variety of aids and adaptions, and technology enabled care, all bespoke to each individuals’ needs.
