Rachel is responsible for learning and development and employee wellbeing across the Salutem Group. Rachel has over 15 years’ experience in developing people by designing and delivering inductions, specialised training, leadership programmes, wellbeing coaching, and mentoring.  

Prior to joining Salutem, Rachel worked across sectors including financial management, fleet motor sales, hospitality, and the Armed Forces, before finally moving into Health & Social Care in 2016. Rachel is an accredited ILM Coach & Mentor, ILM endorsed Wellbeing Coach, ITOL certified Trainer, and Thomas International Psychometric Practitioner.
