Paul manages the financial strategy and finance team for the business. He is also the group’s banking relationships lead and is a member of the Board. Paul is a highly-experienced leader of commercial and finance teams in the aviation, leisure and hospitality sectors. Paul joined Ambito sister company Pathways Care Group in November 2017 as CFO. He then became Group CFO in December 2018 to also oversee the Ambito Care & Education business.

Paul joined the group from Trenchard Aviation, a fast growing aircraft maintenance business backed by Graphite Capital. As CFO Paul led the business through 4 acquisitions and a major finance restructuring. Previously he was CFO at No1 Lounges, the award winning airport lounge, travel spa and pod hotel business. He also spent over a decade with the Virgin Group working in tax, finance and corporate development. Paul is a chartered accountant, chartered tax advisor and he holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
