Melinda is responsible for Quality Assurance and Inspection for the group. Melinda possesses over 30 years’ experience in the Health and Social Care sector, leading on turnaround projects, developing leadership of Managers and quality assurance tools to meet regulatory outcomes. 

Prior to joining Salutem, Melinda has held positions as a Multi-site Registered Manager, Area Manager, Quality Service Improvement Manager, Regional Director, and Divisional Managing Director. She has also got skills working in Rehabilitation, ABI, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities, and has achieved qualifications to post graduate degree level.
