Kirstie is the principle advisor to the Board on all human resources and training matters. She is the organisation’s employment law specialist and advisor and has lead responsibility for the organisation’s People Strategy. Kirstie has 20 years HR experience with significant and recent involvement in the care sector. Her experience covers successful integration of acquisitions, developing and retaining through engagement and wellbeing initiatives.

In her last role Kirstie successfully introduced an employee reward and recognition initiative which lead to an increase in staff retention and higher employee engagement scores.
