Ken has been a Director of Salutem since its formation and has been a very active Chairman since the purchase of Ambito in April 2018. He also leads the team on corporate structure and credit matters. He boasts an impressive Banking career spanning over 35 years which includes senior positions at Anglo-Irish, Bank of Ireland and RBS. Ken’s particular area of expertise is on effective credit solutions and he was previously responsible for a portfolio of  £700M including clients such as Arnold Clark and Arco.

He also served as lead advisor to a large care group restructuring £80 million worth of mezzanine debt. He did this by utilising his strong banking relationships and profound knowledge. He has a strong history of matching growing companies with funding partners.
