Karen has more than 25 years’ of experience working within a wide range of care services for both children and adults. She is an experienced leader of teams supporting individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex needs. Karen now oversees the development and positive outcomes of children’s services at Salutem. As Divisional Director, Karen oversees support to both children and young people within both residential and education requirements, to ensure they are on a journey to fulfil their potential.
