Ingfield Manor School is celebrating themselves after being rated ‘Outstanding’ in all areas following their most recent Ofsted social care inspection for its respite provision. This is a huge achievement and highlights the dedication and compassion of the team.

Inspectors commended the school for its exceptional quality of care, safeguarding, leadership and the remarkable progress made by students. The report recognises the school’s unique transdisciplinary approach and emphasises the commitment of staff to supporting young people with complex needs to thrive in a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment. Ofsted also commended the school on the strong safeguarding culture, personalised support, and student empowerment through meaningful communication and independence-building.
The inspection judged the school to be outstanding in:
- The effectiveness of leaders and managers.
- The overall experiences and progress of children and young people.
- How well children and young people are helped and protected.
