This is an exceptional accomplishment, and we could not be prouder. It is a true testament to the teams unwavering dedication to providing the best care possible to the young people that live there.🩵
Inspectors complimented the home on ‘delivering services that consistently exceed the standards of good’ and for contributing to ‘significantly improved outcomes and positive experiences for children and young people who need help, protection and care.’ Inspectors stated that ‘take time to understand the underlying causes of behaviour, helping children to feel safe and settled.’
Strong and nurturing relationships are vital in this environment, and this was highlighted in the report. Ofsted noting that staff ‘demonstrated excellent understanding of each individual child’s needs’ and that they ‘work diligently to build positive relationships with children, their families and friends’. Education and independence were key strengths, with inspectors commenting that ‘children who have previously disengaged from education are now re-engaging,’ and young people were ‘successfully attending interviews and securing full time college placements.’
