Gary is responsible for all matters relating to the quality and health and safety of our services for the group. In addition to this he also advises on all regulatory matters. Gary has worked with people with disabilities for over 30 years. He worked as the Director of Quality for a national care provider, creating a sense of what good looked like and what worked for individuals.

He had a material impact on the regulatory ratings of the services under his remit through working closely with the service managers/leaders and other professionals within the organisation.
