Emma Madge
Group Head of HR
Emma is the Group Head of HR and has nearly 20 years’ experience in HR within the public and private sector. She takes the lead in legal and complex HR matters to find resolutions. Emma is experienced in Growth projects and change implementation, and leads the operational HR team to support the wider business.
Her experience covers implementing new systems and processes, policy writing, upskilling line managers in people matters whilst assisting to embed the company values, and championing an open, embracing culture of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) throughout the organisation.
