🎉 Double Recognition for Salutem at the 2025 Inspiring Workplaces Awards! 🏆

We’re absolutely thrilled to share some incredible news — Salutem has been ranked 23rd in the 2025 UK & Ireland Inspiring Workplaces Awards! 🙌 But that’s not all… we’ve also received a special recognition for Leadership! 🌟

Last night, 10 of our passionate colleagues travelled to the iconic Troxy in London to attend the glittering awards ceremony, joining 49 other inspiring organisations celebrated for putting their PeopleFirst. The atmosphere was electric as we waited to find out where we had placed — and the result was something truly special! 💫

Not only did we proudly place among the Top 25 inspiring workplaces, but we also stood out as one of only three organisations to be honoured for best-in-class Leadership. This double recognition is a testament to our unwavering dedication to building a workplace where our people feel valued, empowered, and supported every step of the way. 💙

As we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Inspiring Workplaces™ movement, we’re honoured to be recognised alongside organisations that are shaping the future of work. These awards, proudly sponsored by Prezzee, shine a light on workplaces that go beyond the ordinary — places where trust, purpose, and belonging are not just ideals, but everyday reality. ✨

Here’s to our incredible team, to leadership that makes a difference, and to the exciting journey ahead. We are so proud to be a 2025 Inspiring Workplaces Finalist — and even prouder of the people who made it possible. 💫
