Dawn is the Chair of the Senior Leader Team at Salutem, and is responsible for reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. She is independent of both the CEO and our investors. Dawn has over 40 years’ experience working with corporate companies to fulfil their objectives.  

In her career, Dawn has spent time in Banking in London and the South East, and for the last 15 years, she has been a Head of Healthcare, responsible for client acquisition. She is a trustee and Head of the Finance Committee for Fitzroy, a learning disabilities charity based in Petersfield. Dawn is FCIB qualified and holds a CertEd from the University of Southampton.
