Dawn is the Group Head of Maintenance at Salutem, and is responsible for making sure all services and estates are compliant.  

Dawn also oversees maintenance work required and ensures that work is carried out within a reasonable amount of time, always prioritising health and safety and the needs of the individuals we support. She also liaises with external contractors, gaining quotes and managing maintenance and estates works as we continue to improve environments for the people we support.
