Craig is the Group Head of Recruitment at Salutem Care and Education and has nearly 20 years’ recruitment experience in the public and private sector. 

He leads a large Recruitment function who have responsibility for the full recruitment and onboarding of all new staff starters. He is also responsible for the strategic development of the team, having trebled the volume of offers in his time with Salutem. He is now looking at how he can streamline and ensure best-in-class recruitment. 

Prior to joining Salutem, he was a Talent Acquisition Manager for Millbrook Healthcare,  managed full master vend contracts for temporary recruitment at Manpower Group at Qinetiq, and managed a permanent RPO for Manpower Group at Babcock Group. Before his career in recruitment, Craig played professional football for Cardiff City.
