Chris is the Divisional Director for Education, with over 15 years of teaching experience in a variety of educational settings. He started his teaching career in primary education, later moving on to secondary education, before landing in middle management within a SEN setting, where he secured his first Headship in one of the country’s largest independent residential special schools. Alongside this, Chris has gained a Master’s in Educational Leadership which has allowed him to shape education and empower leaders to change the educational landscape for students

Within the SEN world, I can push the boundaries to break down the barriers of learning, allowing students to reach their full potential irrespective of diagnosis. Being a part of our students’ educational journey is such a wonderful opportunity, and I enjoy being able to help empower students to become a better version of themselves, giving them the confidence to grow and become active members of the community.”
