Rosewin is a three-bed residential care home situated in a quiet rural location, close to the village of Connor Downs and the seaside town of Hayle, which boasts five miles of golden sands. The home is close to some of Cornwall’s most popular attractions, and easy access to many of Cornwall’s finest beaches and coastal walks.

The home is a detached house standing in a good sized, enclosed garden, bordering on farmland. It has two reception rooms, a kitchen, a conservatory, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
