Plymouth Day Opportunities, located in the heart of the city centre, provides support to young people and adults with a range of physical disabilities, learning disabilities and complex health needs across Plymouth. Plymouth Day Opportunities is in a modern, accessible building with an open, communal space for the individuals we support and visitors. There is an accredited Changing Place onsite as well as a low-level kitchen.
