National Apprenticeship Week 2026 is here, and it’s the perfect time to shine a light on the many pathways people can take to build a rewarding and meaningful career. University isn’t the only option and at Salutem Care and Education, we’re proud to champion apprenticeships as a powerful route for development, progression, and long-term success.

Our colleagues currently undertake apprenticeships from Level 2 through to Level 7, spanning multiple disciplines and specialisms. These programmes give people the chance to “earn while they learn,” gain recognised qualifications, and unlock meaningful career progression.

We’re incredibly proud of the achievements across our organisation. 41 colleagues completed their apprenticeships in 2025 and January 2026, and 278 learners are currently growing their skills. With 9.3% of our workforce engaged in apprenticeship programmes, our “learn and earn” culture is thriving. As proud members of the 5% Club, we remain committed to investing in professional development at every level.
