At Salutem Care & Education, we are proud to provide care and support across our schools, day centres, and residential homes for both children and adults. We are committed to delivering the very best for every individual we support, with a mission to empower people to live the life they choose — whatever their care or support needs may be.

We are excited to offer a structured 18-month Graduate Scheme, designed to give you the opportunity to step into meaningful roles, gain first-hand experience across key business functions, and develop the specialist skills needed to shape a successful career.

Throughout the programme, you’ll build a wide range of skills — from project management and communication to problem-solving and decision-making — while working alongside colleagues, taking part in leadership development training through our in-house Training Academy, and receiving dedicated mentoring from senior leaders.

At Salutem, we’re passionate about giving graduates the time, space, and support to grow, ensuring you leave the programme confident, capable, and ready to take the next step in your career.
