Ann is the Divisional Director for Adults and is responsible for overseeing the safe and effective operation of Salutem’s adult services division. She is in charge of a team of five regional directors, who she works with to ensure that both staff and the individuals we support are properly supported to achieve their goals and aspirations.  

Ann has more than two decades’ experience in the Social Care sector having first specialised as a paediatric nurse, and has been a qualified social care practitioner for over 20 years. She joined the Salutem team in 2018 as a Regional Director based in Devon. Previously, she was also an Area Manager with the disability charity Scope.
