Andrew is a registered social worker and has worked in the social care sector since 1977 in both public and private settings. He leads the Business Development Team, whose three main functions are 1) supporting operational services to maintain high occupancy; 2) ensuring that the quality services provided are funded by commissioners at an appropriate rate; and 3) developing additional services in line with the company’s strategic direction and where there is clear evidence of commissioner need.
