As Salutem’s internal Legal Counsel, Abi looks at key legal risks in the work the organisation does and the ways in which it operates. She provides advice to the business’ operational and support teams, and to the Group Execs, with guidance to mitigate legal risk. 

Abi came to Salutem as Legal Counsel in 2018, having worked for many years on a wide variety of legal matters in the corporate teams of City law firms, where she gained extensive experience of contract and commercial law, and corporate law and governance. With this work background and solid grounding in real estate and general care sector law, Abi deals with diverse ad-hoc queries from different parts of the business alongside her day-to-day work.
